TIC Solutions is a tech-enabled platform covering the full asset and infrastructure lifecycle. The company is the parent of Acuren and NV5, combining inspection, asset-protection, engineering, consulting and geospatial services under one group. Its origins date to 1974, and it employs more than 12,000 professionals across over 250 locations. The business is organised into three segments. Inspection & Mitigation (Acuren) provides nondestructive testing, inspection and asset-protection services for evaluating and safeguarding critical physical assets, including rope-access capability. Consulting & Engineering (NV5) covers engineering, consulting, infrastructure support, laboratory services, commissioning and training. Geospatial delivers geospatial and surveying services. Technical domains span nondestructive testing, inspection and asset integrity, surveying, engineering, laboratory services, commissioning, rope access, infrastructure support and training. TIC Solutions serves industrials, energy processing, utilities, oil and gas, natural resources, aerospace and defence, buildings, public infrastructure and data centres. International reach has been extended through the acquisitions of WDI, GeoVerra and Core Group. The group also offers training and rope-access services, supporting workforce skills development in addition to its technical work.
