BNH

BNH, a joint venture of Astrion Group and Fluor, delivers Test and Evaluation services, test operations and sustainment for military and space systems at AEDC under the $3.7 billion TOS II contract.

BNH is a joint venture formed in 2024 by Astrion Group and Fluor Corporation to deliver Test and Evaluation (T&E) services, test operations and sustainment for military and space systems at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), the United States' principal aerospace and defence testing facility. Its principal mandate is the Test Operations and Sustainment II (TOS II) contract, awarded by the U.S. Air Force, covering aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities.

The TOS II contract carries a value of $3.7 billion over a 12-year performance period and encompasses more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities. Operations span multiple U.S. states. Technical work includes aerospace ground-based testing, aerodynamic and propulsion testing, wind tunnel operations, rocket motor test cell operations, engineering research and the management of large-scale government programmes.

BNH operates as a fully populated joint venture, drawing on the combined experience of its parent companies in engineering research and government programme management. The venture emphasises continuity of operations, technical domain knowledge and scale, with its work oriented towards national defence and the advancement of ground-based testing for military and space systems.
